If you are a sponsor and have a team playing in the tournament, please fill out the "Sponsor Registration" portion as well as the "Team Registration" section below. If you are NOT a sponsor and are just registering a team, fill out only the "Team Registration" section.
Sponsor Registration
This year, we will offer 3 different divisions in our tournament. You're able to choose which division you'd like to compete in. Our options include: Church division (team must be made up of individuals from the same church), Coaches division (team must be made up of coaches from the same school), and Open division (open for anyone).
Prizes will be awarded for 1st place in each division. If you select the Church or Coach division, all team members must be associated with the same church or school. If you registered for the Church or Coaches division and your team no longer meets those criteria on the day of the tournament, your team will compete in the Open division.
Awards will be given for closest to the pin and longest drive.
Mulligans will be available for purchase on the day of the tournament. Limit - one per person
We will no longer us the handicap system that we've used in the past.
